The story of Olio Builders began with two co-founders, Caleb and Luke, who grew up just down the road from each other — literally — on Olio Road in a suburban town in Indiana. What started as a shared background turned into a shared passion. After years as multifamily owners and operators, we discovered that what truly inspired us was the renovation and transformation process — breathing new life into spaces through thoughtful design and skilled craftsmanship. That passion led to the creation of Olio Builders, now proudly serving the Dallas area with a focus on luxury home remodels, custom new construction, and commercial renovation projects. From reimagining high-end residences to executing large-scale commercial builds, our journey continues to be driven by the same dedication to quality and collaboration that began back on Olio Road.
